Author information

Important information for authors:

-In order to finalize the technical program of the Conference, authors presenting either oral or poster presentation SHOULD BE registered before January 15th, 2015. Please note that after this deadline the registration is more expensive.

- Each registered author is allowed to present a maximum of TWO contributions. When more contributions have been accepted for the same corresponding author, additional registration of a coauthor is required.

- The official language of the Conference is ENGLISH. Consequently slides, posters and oral presentations have to be in ENGLISH.

- For the oral presentations, the duration is 15 minutes, including questions and answers.

- Poster panel dimensions are 200 cm (height) x 100 cm (width). We recommend A0 paper size (1189 mm x 841 mm).
